INTERNSHIP FEES

  • Airfare


  • Local transportation, such as in-country daily commuting to and from work or local travel.


  • Airport pick up *In most cases, airport pickup is arranged by the MLSA supervisor or host family. MLSA will notify students if for any reason it cannot be provided.

  • Personal expenses (students will need roughly $200 a week for personal expenses)

FOUR-WEEK INTERNSHIP: $1,985.00

HALF ACADEMIC & HALF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: $3,970

Make the most of your international education experience by completing the four-week Summer I or Summer II program at the Universidad de Costa Rica and extending your stay with an internship for a total of eight weeks or more. This program is ideal to gain valuable linguistic skills and put them into practice in a business setting.
