At the beginning of the program a placement test will be given to ensure that each student is placed in the level and group most suited to his/her needs and knowledge of the language. No placement test will be given to students in the graduate program. If a student is placed in the wrong level, he/she can change to a lower or higher level in the first two days. Students are not allowed to attend classes of different levels or to change sections within the same level.

CURRICULUM:
Our program offers the student a good variety of graduate and undergraduate courses ranging from Beginning and Intermediate Spanish, Conversation, Composition to the most advanced courses in Culture, Civilization, Linguistics, and many courses in Literature. The program and all the courses are designed to take full advantage of the setting and ideal surroundings to provide the participants with a rich cultural experience. The language becomes alive and necessary. Students cannot avoid speaking Spanish unless they absolutely refuse to do so.

The classroom situation and the actual practice of the language could be 12 hours a day. Students feel motivated because they can relate what they study in the classroom with the outside world. Culture and civilization becomes more vivid and relevant when students walk through the same places where history and civilization took place or is taking place. In addition to the course held in the classroom, students have the options of internships.
